The staff were incredibly attentive, outstandingly accommodating and helped me with free parking. Large room, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Incredibly beautiful view of garden from the window. Fast check in and excellent service.

Very central location, not too far from Convent of San Bernardino of Siena. The rooms with the terrace.

The room was reasonably spacious and well-organised with bathroom and I really enjoyed the functional-style building. Great and stunning location to attractions like Cathedral of San Gervasio, that was a few steps away from the hotel.

It was a really nice experience. Besides, the location was great and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Cathedral of San Gervasio.

The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was very amiable. There were climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The venue was in the best possible location, in the center. Moreover, it's right by the Yucatan, the main square and cathedral, and the city centre. This was my VERY GOOD stay for 1 night.

The room I booked was perfect for my family, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the direct access to the patio area, allowing us to relax while the kids were asleep. I also appreciated the availability of coffee and cookies in the morning, giving us a nice start to the day. the hotel's location was amazing, being very close to the main square and all the attractions.

We had trouble getting hot water in the shower. Despite trying to adjust it, the warmest we got was room temperature.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location in the city center. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities and a bathroom. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was a brilliant base for exploring Valladolid. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our junior suite had amenities such as multi-channel television, a writing table, and ironing facilities. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city. We had a bonus experience by dining at the on-site restaurant, Kuxub.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location in fairly nice area, not far from the town square as well as the beach. For tea or coffee visit La Casa Natural nearby.
